What are some awesome running shoes that are very comfortable?

I want shoes that won’t give me blisters. I love to run, play basketball and racquetball. What is a good shoe that can handle all that? I’d like to keep it under $100 if possible but any suggestions would be great.

it all depends… i run basketball and run track. Having a shoe with support is important. Nike airs arent that great. they feel good but i wouldnt reccommend them. I run in an asics. highly reccommend it. As long as it is a DUOMAX(more support). I also hear mizunos are good.

Blisters primarily come from (1) cotton socks or (2) ill-fitting shoes.

There’s not any specific model that’s universally going to be better than any other in avoiding blisters.

You sound like you’d be looking at cross-trainers rather than running shoes. Running shoes can’t handle the side-to-side motion and sudden stops required in sports like basketball and raquetball. You’re likely to hurt yourself if you try to use them like that.

I’d frankly suggest trying to find different shoes for each sport if you’re doing them regularly and all on the different surfaces you’d normally do them on. It might be more expensive up front, but split up like that the shoes will each last longer, and avoiding injury is a good way to save funds in the long run.

But whatever you do I wouldn’t use running shoes for all three.
