question about handball (Gaelic/American)?

I want to start playing American handball, the one where you play in a racquetball-like court and the same type of ball as a racquetball. I was wondering if there’s a special glove specifically used for handball or will a baseball batting glove work equally as well?
They do make special gloves for Handball and it seems they are good to get as they are very durable and protect your hands. You will also probably wont to get some glove liners as well. I just don’t think a bating glove would be as flexible or durable.
