Does anyone know how to utilize the guarantee against Penn racquetballs breaking before the label wears off?

I had a ball break the second time I used it…I know, this is a racquetball question, not a tennis question, but there is no racquetball category…
Sounds like Urban Legend to me.
If it’s not just call the number on the sleeve they came in.
